I've been passionate about pastry for as long as I can remember, and my love for French techniques led me to study at Ferrandi in Paris. Since then, I've been creating pastries that combine classic French skill with bold, modern flavors, sometimes with a global twist from my world travels! In this hands-on workshop, I'll personally guide you through every step of crafting light, airy choux pastry, from mixing and piping to filling and finishing your own stunning cream puffs and éclairs.
