Yes, at our cake shop we create beautiful celebration cakes that are perfect for weddings! We specialize in artisanal single-tier designs rather than traditional multi-layered wedding cakes. Fresh flowers can be added for an additional fee to make your cake extra special. Popular choices include our Classic Vanilla layer cake and Classic Chocolate layer cake.

Our Celebration Cakes are familiar favorites, thoughtfully crafted for birthdays, gatherings, and special occasions, from Chocolate Ganache and Carrot to Lemon & Berry. Our Signature Cakes showcase Chef Luis’s pastry technique, heritage, and personal style through creations such as Opera, Black Forest, and Chantilly creme. Either collection offers a beautiful cake for your celebration.

Every pastry and cake is handcrafted fresh on-site using only the finest natural ingredients. We partner with local Washington farmers and artisans whenever possible, sourcing premium ingredients that showcase the natural beauty and authentic flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

As a Washington State Licensed Pastry Atelier, we combine professional expertise with an artisanal approach, ensuring each item meets the highest standards while retaining that special, personal touch that makes our Patisseire unique.
